I want to cancel my subscription
Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing and access the Stripe Customer Portal to manage your subscription. You can continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

Files may be too large or in an unsupported format. We recommend max 50 files, under 100KB each. For persistent errors, please contact us via email.
How do I get a refund?
Full refund available within 7 days of payment. Send a refund request to support@vibeuniv.com and it will be processed within 3 business days.
